Terms & Conditions

The SIANG FAMILY CLUB Member Program (“Membership”) is a loyalty program owned by SYARIKAT ELEKTRIK SIANG SDN BHD (763133-A) and SIANG PHARMACY SDN BHD (758624-U) (hereinafter collectively known as “SIANG GROUP”) and managed by SIANG GROUP management. The Membership is issued and operated by SIANG GROUP, and it is applicable at all SIANG GROUP retail stores and/or any merchants/ retailers authorized by SIANG GROUP.


Terms and Conditions

By using the Membership, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:



a.     You must be a resident of Malaysia, aged 18 years and above holding a valid MyKad in order to be eligible to apply for the Membership.

b.    You may apply for the Membership at any of the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores and/or any merchants/ retailers authorized by SIANG GROUP by completing the Membership application form and presenting your MyKad as requested.

c.     You are only entitled to one (1) Membership and all points collected using this Membership is strictly not transferable, not for sale and can only be used and operated by the registered individual.

d.     Each Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year and will automatically be lapsed if not renewed.

e.    A non-refundable subscription fee of RM12 (inclusive of GST) for one (1) year Membership is payable upon application. A renewal fee of RM12 (inclusive of GST) will be charged for one (1) year Membership renewal which is also non-refundable.



a.     MyKad must be presented to the cashiers at any of the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores prior to any purchase in order to earn or redeem loyalty points (hereinafter referred as “FAMILY points”).

b.    Only the Membership account holder or individual who is registered for the account (“Member”) is entitled to redeem FAMILY points.

c.     Cancellation of Membership can be made at any of the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores.

d.    SIANG GROUP has the absolute discretion to refuse processing of any redemption request made by you in the event of violation of the Terms and Condition contained herein.



a.     FAMILY points are awarded as follow:

 i.        One (1) point for every RM 2.00 (exclusive of GST) spent at Syarikat Elektrik Siang Sdn Bhd  outlets.

ii.        One (1) point for every RM 1.00 (exclusive of GST) spent at Siang Pharmacy Sdn Bhd outlets.

iii.        SIANG GROUP can adjust the above point any time without prior notice to cater for  promotion period and/or discounted/promotion goods and services.

b.    FAMILY points are not awarded for purchase of any discounted/promotion related goods and services.

c.     FAMILY points collected are not exchangeable or redeemable to cash or any products except for those  stated in the Membership Redemption Program.

d.    FAMILY points will automatically expire 36 months after issuance on a first in first out basis.

e.    FAMILY points earned for the day will only be reflected after next working day (not inclusive weekend and  public holidays) from the last purchase at any participating SIANG GROUP retail stores.

f.     SIANG GROUP is entitled to reverse out the FAMILY points earned at any time if products or goods  purchased at the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores are returned for any reason and a full or  partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to exchange of products, unless the  exchange is for products with an equivalent value.

g.    SIANG FAMILY points awarded and/or points redeemed for purchase may be reversed and/or cancelled if  SIANG GROUP determines that the points were earned and/or redeemed not in accordance with the Terms  and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any system error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or  actions of SIANG GROUP employees that are contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions contained herein.

h.    SIANG GROUP is under no obligation to award FAMILY points for any reason outside of qualifying  transactions.

i.      Member will get birthday rewards during his/her birthday month, which must be redeemed by Member  during the birthday month according to birthday redemption terms and condition.

j.      Member may check their FAMILY points balance by inquiring at any participating SIANG GROUP retail  stores.



a.     The personal information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purpose identified (including purchase history) by SIANG GROUP. With your consent, we may collect personal information  from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding over any other medium of communication.

b.    SIANG GROUP is committed to maintaining the security of your personal information and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction.

c.     The Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide SIANG GROUP with your personal information save and except if it is required by law or any regulatory authority, your personal information will not be passed to any other persons without your permission.

d.    SIANG GROUP and its affiliates under the strategic alliances reserve the right to use the database  information for the purpose of cross selling, marketing and promotions activities.

e.    By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions contained herein means the registered individual agreed to SIANG GROUP Data Protection and Privacy Policy.



a.     SIANG GROUP may, at its discretion, at any time terminate Membership without prior notice.

b.     SIANG GROUP (including its successors, assignees, assignors, officers, directors, shareholders, agents,  affiliates and subsidiaries) and the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores and/or any merchants/ retailers authorized by SIANG GROUP shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or  claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever,  whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or of any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage of the Membership account.

c.     If any of the provisions herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected.

d.    SIANG GROUP has the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to  any other questions or disputes regarding the SIANG GROUP Membership.

e.    SIANG GROUP assume no responsibility for any technical failure of the Membership account system that results in the Membership account not being processed by any participating SIANG GROUP retail stores.

f.      SIANG GROUP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time when it is   reasonably considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice shall be posted on SIANG GROUP official website as a notification of the said amendment(s). Please take note that your continued usage of the Membership account after any amendment(s) being made to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to the amendment(s) made.

g.    SIANG GROUP shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the  amendment(s) of these Terms and Conditions.

h.    Any dispute regarding the FAMILY points and services must be directed to SIANG GROUP Customer Care line.

i.      All communications and/or correspondences on promotion and events by SIANG GROUP, is either by way of notification through SIANG GROUP official website and/or the participating SIANG GROUP retail stores, advertisements and/or any other media deemed fit. Any such notification shall immediately supersede the previous communication and/or correspondence with regard to the same matter, unless it is  expressed and clearly stated otherwise.

j.      These Term & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia
